when negative word placed after the verb no is required before the verb

No te gusta ir al cine. You do not like to go to the movies.
No quiero cuidar a mis hermanos nunca. I never want to take care of my brothers and sisters.
No pasamos los fines de de semana en casa tampoco. We do not spend weekends at home either.
Ella no hace nada para ayduar. She does nothing to help.
No está nadie en casa los lunes. Nobody is at home on Mondays.

nunca and tampoco can be placed toward end of sentence if no added before verb

No quiero cuidar a mis hermanos nunca. I never want to take care of my brothers and sisters.
No pasamos los fines de de semana en casa tampoco. We do not spend weeknds at home either.

nada and nadie can be placed after the verb if no added before verb

Ella no hace nada para ayduar. She does nothing to help.
No está nadie en casa los lunes. Nobody is at home on Mondays.
