¿Con qué frecuencia ___?

How often do ___?

Literally:  With what frequency do ___?  In this example we are talking to someone and asking How often do you ...?  Therefore you would need the form of the verb.

    ¿Con qué frecunecia vas al parque? How often do you go to the park? vas (you go) This is the form of the verb that you use with the familiar form of/ you.
       

This question can be answered in many different ways.  Since you are answering a question directed to you (familiar), the subject of your answer must be yo/I. 
    No me gusta ir al parque. I don't like to go to the park.  
    Voy los sábados con mis amigos. I go on Saturday with my friends.  
    Quiero ir todos los días. I want to go everyday.  
       

¿Te gusta ____? Do you like to go out with friends? Although this question does not specifically ask How often ...?, you can include a frequency in your answer.
    ¿Te gusta salir con amigos?    

This question can be answered in many different ways.  Since you are answering a question directed to you (familiar) and your friends, the subject of your answer must be nosotros/we. 
    Vamos al cine los viernes. We go to the movies on Fridays. Since the question is asking about you and your friends, you need to answer saying we/nosotros(as).   my friends and I = we
    Nos gusta ir a las fiestas. We like to go to parties.
