  Key vocabulary
    ¿Adónde? Where?  Literally: to where? fuiste you went; you did go
    ¿Qué? What? fui I went; I did go
    hicieron you did (plural) fue he, she, you (polite) went; he, she, you (polite) did go
    hice I did hacer diligencias to run errands
    hizo he, she, you (polite) did luego then
    tener que + infinitive to have to + infinitive pasra por to go to Literally: to pass by

To ask where "you" (informal) went and what he or she did:

   
    ¿Adónde fuiste ___? Where did you go ___?     Informal you.
      ¿Adónde fuiste ayer? Where did you go yesterday?
    ¿Qué hiciste? What did you do?    Informal you.
    ¿Qué hicieron? What did you do?   

   
    Answer in the first person, the yo form.  Below are a few expressions or verbs you can use.
